Education and Training:
Jamie holds a Master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southwestern College, where she received specialized training in trauma-informed care and interventions. Her academic background is complemented by ongoing professional development courses and certifications in trauma-focused therapies, body-based therapy, art therapy techniques, EFT tapping, yoga and mindfulness, ensuring she stays abreast of the latest advancements in the field.
